Some Frequently Asked Questions

Do you do home visits?

Yes, if you request one and are within a reasonable travel distance from Newcastle NSW. The majority of our work is done online (and some clients prefer online + phone only), but sometimes a face-to-face visit is needed.

Note: with COVID-19 we are limiting this for everyone’s safety. Bec will chat through what you need and what you are comfortable with.

Do you help gather reports for Plan Review?

Yes, we chat to you about who we need these from and start preparing this around the 9-month mark.

Do you offer Support Work?

Yes, this makes sense sometimes that we offer Support Work for specific tasks. However, in general, we will set you up with a few Support Workers to increase your circle of support.

How much do you charge?

We follow the NDIS Price Guide, however, everyone’s NDIS plan is a little different so we work with you to create the best outcomes.

Hi, I'm Bec!

I love connecting people to awesome ideas and other humans. I have a degree in Psychology, and love all things home as that's where we rest and spend most of our time! I help out amazing humans with their NDIS plans, write blogs, and create easy-to-read digital guides to give you big and small ideas about how to reduce stress in your home. Welcome to this little corner of the internet. I hope you feel at home here.
